Stand Up for Youth Contest
Are you in Secondary 4 or 5? Would you like to win an iPad?
Éducaloi is organizing the second edition of its Stand Up for Youth essay contest.
To participate, you must write an essay on one of the following four themes: freedom of religion, child custody decisions, work and school, or teenagers and criminal justice. Depending on the theme you choose, the essay will have to be explanatory or argumentative.
These themes are at the heart of the Convention on the Rights of the Child, which is one of the most widely-accepted human rights treaties in history! But few people know about this treaty or its impact in Quebec and around the world.
For more information, see the contest rules.
Pick up your pencils! The contest deadline is December 16, 2011!
